Nonprofit Summit

We're off to a good start this morning at LCCC. I just finished presenting a session on ROI for Nonprofits and I'm not sure if I scared people or excited people.

ROI is not usually associated with the nonprofit world, but, as I said in the session, nonprofit is a tax status and not a business model. These days donors - aka investors -want to know their money is not only supporting the mission of the organization but is also having a direct impact.

Well I'm off to introduce John Dawe from Solid Cactus who is doing a session on Social Media for Nonprofits. Interesting.....
